We understand that easy maintenance is extremely important, and every aspect of our buildings is designed with this in mind. For example, repainting the frames generally only requires a single coat with a minimum of preparation after about 10 years while the roof can be left for 20 years or more.

M&L buildings are designed for safe and easy access with gutters strong enough to lean ladders against and box gutters strong enough to walk along. This makes gutter and glass cleaning straightforward.

An M&L building is a long-term investment and conservatories we made more than 25 years ago are still being enjoyed by their owners. Every aspect is designed for outstanding longevity. For example, the glass seals we use are made from expensive and durable silicone, not rubber, which perishes in a few years.

If something goes wrong? We take pride in our service, and this doesn’t end the moment we leave site. And our buildings have a 10-year warrantee (full details with estimates). We keep records, even down to the sizes of glass, so, should a pane break, a replacement can be easily organized.
